Prices
Current prices will be furnished on phone or by mail request. In the case of back ordered items, we will provide price protection whenever possible. However, we reserve the right to change prices without notice to reflect unavoidable cost changes from our suppliers.

Handling Charges
Small orders are costly to you and us. Orders totaling less than $25.00 are subject to handling charges.

Specifications
To keep pace with improvements and design changes, we must reserve the right to change the specifications of apparatus as listed in this catalog. We will furnish material in accordance with our manufacturing latest specifications.

Quantity Discounts
Saving can be made on many items when purchased in quantity. Quantity discounts are automatically extended by SCI on all qualifying orders.

Standing Orders
Place a standing order with SCI for any item or items with specific delivery schedules in the quantities you will require. SCI will automatically deliver these items as specified in your standing order. This method of purchasing assures you of timely shipments of the items you need, without the necessity of remembering to place repetitive orders. Furthermore, quantity discounts based on the value of the entire order may be available. Your standing order can always be modified to meet your changing requirements.

Terms
Terms of payment are "Net 30 days", with approved credit. Freight F.O.B. warehouse, with title passing at such point. Unless otherwise specified, we will use out best judgments in routing shipments.

Breakage and Shortage
Immediately upon receipt of your SCI shipment, unpack and inspect for damage. Do not accept a damaged shipment until the carrier makes a "Damage" notation on your delivery receipt or freight bill.

If shortage or damage exists, you should immediately request the carrier to make an inspection. Retain all containers and packing materials for the inspection. The carrier must be notified of any concealed damage and an inspection requested within five days of delivery.

Returned Goods Policy
All returns must be authorized IN WRITING by SCI. To insure you receive credit for returned goods, each return must include:

• Customer name and address
• SCI shipping order number
• Customer purchase order number
• Date of invoice
• SCI catalog number(s)
• Reason for return
• SCI return authorization number

Items Not Authorized For Return

• Open chemicals or diagnostics
• Item whose shelf life has expired
• Items purchased on a "special order" basis (unless SCI can return the merchandise to the vendor for credit)
• Items not purchased from SCI

Return of Hazardous Material
Return shipments of hazardous materials must be packed and labeled in accordance with DOT regulations applying to transportation of hazardous materials. Shipping documents must also be prepared to meeting DOT regulations.

Important Notice
As a distributor for the products described herein, Source Center, Inc. warrants that representations made for the products in it's catalog accurately reflect the manufacturers' representations to Source Center, Inc.

Source Center, Inc. expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including the warranty of MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR USE. In no event will Source Center, Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether or not arising out of negligence. Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy for any cause of action arising out of the purchase of the products described herein is at the sole option of Source Center, Inc., either a) replacement of nonconforming product(s) or b) payment in an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the specified product(s) for which damages are claimed. All claims of any nature whatsoever shall be deemed waived unless made in writing within thirty (30) days of purchaser's receipt of product(s).

Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Source Center, Inc. only at its principal office in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.
